Maddur

The Maddur manufacturing facility is located in Somanahally Village, Maddur Taluk, Mandya district of Karnataka. The plant is situated amidst the lush green Western Ghats, on the banks of the river Shimsha.

This battery manufacturing facility was established in 1998 and spans an area of approximately 13 acres.

The Maddur facility is also home to Eveready’s Design Group, a specialised team of engineers who design and assemble various types of advanced machinery used in battery manufacturing.

With a strong focus on Quality Systems, Environmental Protection Systems, and Occupational Health and Safety-Related Policies, this unit operates as a self-contained facility with the right blend of people, systems, and processes.
